Prescription Requests

From May 2022 we will no longer accept prescription requests over the telephone.

All prescription requests must either be made via online services or by handing your prescription order form into your mandated pharmacy or into reception here at the health centre. This change has not been implemented without serious and careful thought. The safety of our patients is paramount in all that we do and patient safety has driven this change. Please contact reception for further information about how to order your prescriptions online.

As a reminder, all prescription requests require a minimum of 48 working hours for processing here in the Practice. For collection at a pharmacy this may require some additional waiting time. Please ensure you order your medication ion good time to ensure there is no interruption to your supply.
